FAQs
-
When will I receive my final photos?
You will receive your edited photos 24-hours or less after you choose your final photos. As your photographer, my goal is to deliver your photos, fully edited, as soon as possible.
-
How will my photos be delivered?
After I finish editing your photos, you will receive an email from me that will include a link to your album and a password. I currently use the services provided by SmugMug to deliver the photos to my clients.
-
How many photos will I get?
Depending on your package, that’s how many photos you’ll receive. After a photo session, clients will receive an album full of unedited photos. From there, they will pick their favorite shots and I’ll edit those. Clients can receive more edits by requesting an add-on.
-
Do you shoot weddings?
Yes! If my base wedding price does not fit your budget, you are free to hire me for a 1-hour portrait session for your wedding day.
-
What kind of payment do you accept and when?
I send all invoices through HoneyBook, where you’ll get to pay online. A 50% retainer fee is required for ALL packages in order to book your session. The final 50% is paid the day of the shoot. Clients can pay in cash as well.
-
Do you offer studio sessions?
Yes! My studio is located in beautiful Bonita Springs, FL. You can find more information in the Studio tab under the About tab.
-
What if I'm nervous about getting my photo taken?
Photoshoots should always be fun. At the end of the day, you are paying for a memorable service. I will do my best to make your experience a comfortable one. We can make jokes and get to know each other! Never feel like you need to put pressure on yourself.
-
What is a natural light photographer?
A natural light photographer works mainly with daylight. However, I still do night-time photography (mainly for weddings and events).
-
Can I use glitter or confetti in my photos?
I pride myself in being a sustainable photographer, so I do NOT allow glitter or confetti during my sessions. There are better alternatives that won’t negatively impact the environment (ex. flower petals, bubbles, fairy lights). I do not allow “biodegradable” glitter either.
-
is my retainer refundable?
No. A retainer is a non-refundable deposit that locks in your spot on my calendar. They are non-refundable because I am missing out on scheduling any other person during that time. However, retainers are transferable if you need to reschedule.
